Our self-talk, our beliefs, thoughts, and perceptions give meaning to our experiences. If your focus is on looking for negativity you will see and find negativity to support your own story about yourself and your life. Why not choose to focus on positivity looking for the good in every situation? Why not choose to look at your own reflection and look within to see the beauty and strength within you? Focus only on Positive Aspects of Life – We all have that tiger within us.

Focus only on Positive Aspects of Life:

Any negative thought is darkness. Darkness is the absence of light. If you remember this, it will change your life. It is this concept that the practice is based on. Darkness is simply the absence of light. You can’t push the darkness away. You can’t hide from it. And, in the same way, you can’t hide from depression, anxiety, self-hate, and more. And you don’t need to. The only thing you need to do is turn a light on.

Rather, visualize that you are in a dark room. And, outside this dark room is the brightness you are looking for. Your task is to go to the window, take out a rag, and start cleaning. Just clean the window to let the light enter naturally to take the darkness away. You don’t need to escape or destroy the darkness. Whenever you feel that you are in darkness, just let light come in through the window. That’s all you need to do.

How to Focus only on Positive Aspects of Life?

The mind already has a definite & sharp pattern for love. The body is also aware of it. It knows all this that love nurtures, love is gentle, love is accepting & love is the ultimate truth. That’s why it knows that love heals. As you love yourself, life loves you back. Trust on this that this is the only choice life will have.

That means Love yourself as your life depends on it. That’s the only way to focus on the positive aspects of life. Because, if you love yourself truly and deeply, would you let yourself experience misery, this pain, this angst or any such negative feeling? The answer, always, is a “No”.

We, as human beings, think that we’re thinking. That’s not correct at all. Most of the time, we are remembering. We are re-living our memories, running familiar patterns and loops in our brains. We have loops for everything i.e. for happiness, procrastination, sadness, fears, hopes, dreams, desires, everything.

Rather than solving the emotion or trying not to feel it, you need to return to the one true thing in your head, “I love myself, I love myself, I love myself.” That’s all !!!

Loving ourselves, makes us shine naturally and look naturally beautiful. And that makes life love us.

Focus on What is Real:

Fighting fear doesn’t work. It just drags us in closer. One has to focus on what is real. On the truth. When in darkness, don’t fight it. You can’t win. The only thing needs to be done is find the nearest switch and switch on the light. We seek only what we believe. That’s the filter we view our lives through.

We all have that tiger within us, the question is can we show it to the world? Focus only on Positive Aspects of Life
